Our Vision
The vision of North County Community Church is to communicate the message of Jesus Christ through creative and contemporary ways designed to meet the diverse needs of our culture.
Our goal is for every individual to enjoy a vital relationship with Jesus Christ, participate in authentic Christian Community, and make disciples. Our corporate goals are to achieve church growth, expand target ministries, plant new churches, and send missionary teams to help develop churches in other countries.
Our Philosophy
We are deeply committed to following Jesus Christ and communicating His gospel in a clear and contemporary way to our present culture. Our message is 2000 years old, but our methods are designed to reach our culture today. Our doctrine is conservative and evangelical. Our practice is to involve every member in the work of the ministry. We have a plurality of pastors, unified in our vision, and committed "to prepare God's people for works of service" [Ephesians 4:12]. Our services are designed to create a deep sense of worship and to communicate clear Biblical truths. Our concern is to provide a loving, caring, and accepting community where each person can experience God's healing.
Our Message
We believe that God loves every person He has created. He has proven that love on a cross, where He died for the sins of the world. Each person has one lifetime to make a decision to accept or reject Jesus Christ as his or her personal Saviour. This is a decision by faith, believing that Jesus Christ died for their sins, was buried, and rose again. Jesus referred to this decision when he stated "you must be born again" [John 3:7]. It is a decision by faith, with no dependence on human works involved. This decision brings the forgiveness of sins and the gift of everlasting life by God to each person.
