Our church is led by a plurality of elders or pastors. Currently we have three pastors who oversee the church and give vision, direction, counsel, and care to those who attend. Our pastors receive input, opinions, and interact with church members on all major decisions.

He has served in the ministry for 22 years. He is a 1973 graduate of Riverview Gardens High School, attended UMSL, Southwest Missouri State, and graduated from Florida Bible College in 1978. He received his Master of Arts degree from Covenant Theological Seminary in 1995. He came to serve as founding pastor of N.C.C.C. in 1982. Mark and his wife, Donna, are parents of two sons, Matt, and Jason.

He has served in the ministry for 25 years. He is a 1971 graduate of Berkeley High School and a 1976 graduate of Florida Bible College. He received his Master of Education-Counseling from UMSL in 1990. From 1977 to 1982, he served as pastor of Clayton Community Church. He came to serve as founding pastor of N.C.C.C. in 1982. Bob and his wife, Debbie, are parents of one daughter, Amy, and two sons, Ben and Jon.
